Jenn Wambolt could be sentence to 30 days in Jail by Corrupt Justice System in the morning in Fredericton???

IMGP3603

This is a very strange case because the Probation Officer told her that it was ok to missed an appointment but the Racists Members of the Fredericton Police Force insisted that she be charge for breach of probation.

Can't wait to find out the name of the Racist Cop in Court Tomorrow at 1:00pm!!!

Sure can't go by the coverage of so-called Irving Journalist Don Macpherson because he will only cover issues that makes the Police Force look good!!!

What benefit will it be to society by sending this Mother of three to Jail? I might add she never been in jail in the past.

Our Justice System in Fredericton is so corrupt against the less fortunate that it makes me sick!!!

I'll be there tomorrow to watch another one get hung by the System. Darn Shame So called Journalist Don Macpherson don't facts about our Justice Systeme.

Jenn showed up at my place late this afternoon and I decided to do a video against her wishes.

Click below for interview - < Does this look like a criminal? > I love these off the cuff conversation!!

What do you think?

Charles: Please tell Jenn that some of us from the Community will be there tomorrow to see what is going on. This abuse has to stop.

Somebody has to keep the jails, sheriffs, bailiffs with work??if you have paranoia or mental issues you should not be put in general population but in Campbellton. You may not mix well with the system which requires a slave mentality to survive.

It was Cst. Dana Roberts who participated in the false allegations against Jenn and arrested her. Roberts has had numerous complaints filed against her to the NB Police Commission, has a civil action filed against her in the courts right now and she knocked a man's tooth out not too long ago without just cause. Charles - perhaps you can remind people what Dana Roberts looks like, since cops don't wear name tags or ID here and people should know who they are complaining about.

There are far more issues going on with the woman's case than you'll ever be told by her Charles. Unfortunately the people that have all of the knowledge aren't going to tell you because
1. You'll blab it everywhere even if they ask you not to and
2. They're not allowed to because unlike her, they respect the rules.

The probation officer told the police to back off and look into the facts but... they refused and the Crown, as usual, just did what the police told them to. Jenn has found out some horrible truths about corruption here and is being persecuted for it.

9.09 - unlike others (like me) you have not read the disclosure documents. Jenn got screwed by Barry MacKnight who made things very personal between him and her and he abused his power - which is why he had to retire in disgrace at 49 years of age and is facing multiple civil actions in court right now. By the way, Baqrry MacKnight and the City of Fredericton have settled with Luc Begin for beating him up in the video Charles took.

9.09 - you MUST be Dana Roberts....

No opne should have to go through this - stay strong Jenn, you have more support than you realise.

I don't know any facts of this case, but if you really want to prove your point-do an interview with the probation officer. Missing an appointment is pretty serious, so people involved in the court system need to remember to keep documents of EVERYTHING, and get claims like that in writing.

Hopefully the probation officer will be at the courtroom, but I'm a bit surprised that IF there is a court order saying you must see a probation officer at such and such a time, that the probabtion officer would even be ALLOWED to change the terms of a court order. That essentially makes them a judge.

So if you are at court and the probation officer is not there, Charles should do the 'reporting' to follow it up. Right now we are only being told this is what the probation officer said. There is already a fair bit of bias (to put it mildly) against the police on this blog, and if you don't want to just preach to the choir, there needs to be some evidence.

After how panhandlers are treated then not much would surprise me, but readers really need more than one side of the story.

Good interview - Fredericton is a scary place.

LeBlanc you are not doing this woman any favors. You are using her as a crutch to forward your twisted agenda. Her story is full of BS and half-truths, but you are absorbing it to push your agenda. Your endgame isn't clear, but no one in their right mind will allow you to get that far

Rule #1

Don't miss a probation officer meeting, even if you are dead.

There is no rule #2.

If you can't follow that simple one rule, yes you will be put away. It's pretty simple rule to obey.

9.49 & 6.01 - you do not know what you are talking about and you obviously have no actual first hand knowledge of Jenn or the issues. Shame on you for supporting corruption with your ignorance.

Anon 7:27 PM. Sounds reasonable :)

Mikel, just so you know, the probation officer made random appointments for Jenn and had the power to choose where and when to meet - and even to do it by 'phone, which is now commonplace. Jenn merely asked her to change the venue as it upset her being in the vicinity of police officers who have victimized her extremely. The probation officer never even bothered making another appointment for Jenn for the remaining five months of her probation, which confirms the probation officer saw her as no threat. I know these facts are true - I have read the disclosure documents. The probation officers decide how it goes and this one stopped making appointments for Jenn, confirming there was no need. The police chose to make this into an issue to continue victimizing Jenn, who knows too much about their very bad side.

It doesn't matter iritis reasonableor not. There is one rule for anyone on probation. Do as the probation officer says, when they say and how they say, and don't question it.

Jenn didn't follow that one simple rule. everyone on probation is told. Do as your probation officer says. No questions.

Seriously, my kids know to follow the rules. Jenn as an adult should. If not, she pays the price.

I have a lot of sympathy for many things in Jenn's life. I have zero patience, sympathy or compassion when people don't follow rules as she did not. She questioned the probation officer, against the rules. No sympathy.

We all have rules we don't like. That make us uncomfortable, some that even scare of to death, but they are rules and we set those fears aside as adults and obey them.

Really, the rule isn't go commit murder. It's do as your probation officer says. Just do it.

That's really why an interview with the probation officer is necessary. I don't really understand the above comment. If you have the disclosure documents then they should be scanned and posted, otherwise its all hearsay.

The story sounds like Jenn asked the probation officer for a change of venue, then lost contact. IF the probation officer has the power to simply stop appointments, then the police would have no authority to arrest her. It sounds very much like the probation officer DIDN"T have the authority, hence the trouble.

Anonymous people saying they know things online really doesn't count as evidence. IF there is no wrongdoing, then there should be a paper trail which can be documented and put online.

I don't need to be convinced about what the police do, we've all seen the beating video and we've seen people go to jail for things which are completely legal in every other province. However, that doesn't mean any story can be taken carte blanche or that police can simply be labelled evil or corrupt.

You are right Mikel - you hit the nail on the head: the probation officer made the decision to stop seeing Jenn and the police had not grounds to arrest her.
