I might add that it's in front of Judge Mary Jane Richards....of course this Judge is the same one who work with duty counsel and the prosecutor to make me plead Guilty and knew that my place would be raided by 10 cops!! < 2 days later >

Robert Durost of Aroostook is missing!!!!!

 

The Grand Falls RCMP is asking for the public’s help in locating a 43-year-old man who has been reported missing.

Robert Durost of Aroostook was last seen on September 18, 2012, at about 6:30 a.m., at his residence. He left his home in a red Kia Sedona 2007 with a New Brunswick licence plate (GRV 864).



 


He was supposed to go to work in Carlingford, but he never showed up. His family and friends have not heard from him since.

Durost is about 1.85 m (6' 1") tall and weighs about 122 kgs (270 lbs). He has short brown hair and blue eyes.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Robert Durost is asked to call the Grand Falls RCMP at 506-473-3137. Information can also be provided through Crime Stoppers at www.crimenb.ca or 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).

Here's the story -

Charles,

I will be in Fredericton court 20 Sep at 9 am.  This is in ref of my
Son being bullied at school to the point that he protected himself
from the bully and got charged with the bylaw for fighting.

I am asking for adjournment so I can seek disclosure in order for my
lawyer to build his case.  This sends a clear signal to bullies that
they can still cause pick at victims and cause them to be charged
defending themselves.

The Fredericton Police should investigate and find out who the
instigator is.  In this case we have a bully that is failing grades
and never attends school.  My son is making good grades, plays sports
and is respectful of others.
