You are in a public place, partaking in a public protest i don't think you need to give consent to be filmed..... if you would have just stayed where you were maybe stepped back a step or 2 there would have been no problem. talk about looking for attention.... Get over your self!!! NOTE: The city of Fredericton has web cams up in different locations around the city you are being filmed a lot with out your consent.

She's standing on private property. It's irrelevant if he's standing on a sidewalk.

He wasn't filming her until she walked over to him on the sidewalk looking for attention

With science advances abortion is becoming a very tricky ethical issue. It's no longer about aborting an unknown unwanted child, but selectively aborting an UNDESIRED child.

Gonna have red hairs. I hate red hair... Abort!
Gonna be a girl, I've got two girls already... Abort!
Gonna have a disability, I don't want to have to deal with that.. Abort!

Yes our abortion laws need to be reopened and have science advances dealt with.

I have no issues eith traditional abortion, before any information on the child is known. clearly I have many with selective abortion.

Think you need to report yourself for jaywalking. Your own video proves you guilty.

Just because something isn't illegal doesn't mean it's not wrong.

She needs to go home if she doesn't want to be filmed. For someone protesting about laws, she may want to go back to school.

She's a Diva and you're a douche bag...let's call it a tie.

Was that police officer jaywalking?? Let the new police chief know.

What a dumb brunette. Quite right that she shouldn't be protesting in public about a hot topic like abortion and decide no-one should film her - and quite right that all she had to do was move out of the camera's way. What a dimbo. I doubt she would have said that to CBC or CTV!

Why on earth would you protest publicly on a controversial issue and then ask for it to be kept a secret? Perhaps she should have worn a ski mask or a kkk hood - she has no clue who was filming her as they drove by.

Should have asked her why she thought it was okay to kill babies.

She was protesting Charles filming her, not protesting being filmed.

I as well don't wish to ever be filmed by someone who will edit and change what I say to fit their agenda.

Nor would I want to be immortalized on a trouble makers site like Leblanc is.

LOL at selective abortions. You realize that only about .4% of abortions happen in Canada after 20 weeks, which is when you'd be able to find all that stuff out. Over 90% of abortions happen BEOFRE 12 weeks. You can know nothing about an embryo at 12 weeks.

Also, abortio does not involve babies, please, if you know of someone that is killing babies, CALL THE COPS, as killing babies is illegal.

Currently science has advanced to being able to test within the 5-7 week range with near 100% accuracy.

Like all science and advancement even Tht will be improved on shortly.

It's a real and serious issue. People are winning lawsuits against genetic testing labs for millions of dollars because the lab failed to diagnose a disability and had the women known she claims she would have aborted.

In France and the us over 90% of downs syndrome possible births are aborted. Tests that are not 100% accurate btw.

The point is, you are wrng. It's already happening. Continues to grow daily the process of selective abortion for whatever reason the woman has.

Abort because you don't want to have a child in general. No problem. Abort because it isn't the type of child you dont want? Shameful.

Have you ever cared for a child with downs? Not all parents are capable of caring for a child with a disability, and shouldn't be forced into something that don't know that they can't deal with. A woman knows what she is capable of, and if she knows that she will not be able to give a child with downs a healthy and quality life, then why should she give birth to a child with downs? Or maybe she should put it up for adoption, cause I'm sure children with downs are hot items on the adoption black market!

Yeah, so just kill it for its unlucky hitch of having a disability, nice.

Never mind if it was a false test which do happen...

In the end,if you don't think you can care for a child with any disabilities, then don't get pregnant, because the odds are there it can and will happen that the child won't be "perfect". Mist pretty easy motto get pregnant to, keepit in your pants!

No thanks. Last I checked you don't control my uterus, or my partner's penis. I'll fuck as much as I like, and if I get pregnant, perfect or not, I'm going to abort.

Ahh yes the MeMeMe generation. My having sex is more important than the life I started.

Too bad your parents didn't abort you...

Well, that is silly. As part of a public protest, within full view of public lands, not taking any measures to hide one's identity, there is no expectation of privacy...and no protections from being filmed or photographed (except perhaps in Qu├ębec).

But Charles, I was surprised that your video only really documents that this event occurred...I was surprised that you did not take the opportunity to speak to the protestors on either side about the protest. What brought them out today, why do they feel this is an important issue to them, etc. I feel you missed the opportunity here to do something relevant.
