I noticed three Police vehicles flying down Westmorland Street!!!

Came to the scene!! < Had to walk 5 blocks!!!!....grrrrrr...

I guess a young girl was driving the Cougar and lost control.

The girl was sent to the hospital with facial injuries.





I was told she crawled out of the vehicle on their own!!!!
