Ambulance New Brunswick sent a Bill of $130.00!!!!
Hi Charles,
We got billed, my husband’s sugar dropped to below 2 and the ambulance was called however we got his sugar up and all the ambulance did was check his sugar and give him a sugar pack, transportation by ambulance was refused however they charged us 130.60.
On the Ambulance Service Fee Policy it states
1 FEES (a) Fees for transportation by ambulance shall be billed according to the following table: blah blah blah…
WELL there was no transportation involved by the ambulance unless they consider the drive to our location???? We are going to fight this.
Is the Civil Forfeiture Act New Brunswick good for New Brunswickers???

THE MEDIA MUST COVER LEGAL AID IN NEW BRUNSWICK!!!
I was invited to attend a court session in Moncton last Monday.
The individual asked me via email to attend?
My answer- I don't have a car Man!!!..lol
Well, someone picked me up and we landed in Moncton!
There was a woman charge with stealing food before Christmas. She was in her 40s.
The individual who asked me to attend the session made certain that 15 other supporters showed up.
The Moncton Courtroom is very small. Can't wait for the new Court House to open.
Once there, I noticed many R.C.M.P. officers present. The R.C.M.P. runs the Moncton area.
I didn't feel at ease with this Fascist Police Force around me. It made me feel very uncomfortable.
But I was more interested in these two guys who were charge by the Police.
Especially this individual.
Mind you, this guy felt a little uncomfortable having a stranger putting a camera in his face so I had to help the guy a little.

To make a long story short? He was charge of bleaching his probation.
The Duty Counsel told him to plead guilty and the Judge might extend his probation or he'll go to jail for 15 days.
The guy insisted that he wasn't guilty!!!
The duty Counsel wasn't interested in holding a trial for the guy.
The guy was so frustrated that he pound his fist on the bench in front of him.
VERY SCARY STUFF!!!!
The other guy sorta had the same procedure. < different case >

How many people are in jail because they had no right to a lawyer or the Duty Counsel refuse to grant the individual a fair trial?
The media are focusing on Legal Aid New Brunswick with divorce couples.
A nice looking Blond speaks to the media - My husband and I want a divorce but Legal Aid New Brunswick will not cover a lawyer.
The media makes this front News!!!

That's EXACTLY what happened to me in Saint John in 2006 and it scared the shit out of me.
If it wasn't for the Iron Horse? I would have been in jail for years and years.
Why don't the media cover the Ashley Smith's in our jail system?
Why wait till someone dies???
Especially since the Shawn Graham Government decided to use a Fascist agaenda against the less fortunate in this Province.
Cops are allowed to lie on the stand to convict New Brunswickers.
Fascist Minister John Foran made himself very clear that the less fortunate must be jailed!!
