CBC Upgrades Website during the Weekends

Close to 200 people showed for Candlelight Vigil in memory of Hilary Bonnel held in Fredericton Saturday night.

I didn't know anything about it until I walked by City Hall and noticed a crowd of people.

Thank God, I had my camera with moi!!!

Sure was a nice gesture for poor Hilary.

Time for a little reality check at the Fredericton Soup Kitchen!!!

Last time the young kid came at the Kitchen was in January, 2006.




These days, he's a little bigger. He emailed me and wanted to volunteer at the Soup kitchen.

He felt good about himself afterwards knowing he helped the less fortunate.





In my opinion every kid should volunteer at the Fredericton Soup Kitchen once in their life time for a good reality check.

Sure is an eye opener!!

IF THE HYDRO-QUEBEC AND NB POWER DEAL GOES AHEAD?? NEW BRUNSWICK COULD BECOME A SECOND OKA!!

I only noticed one Native at the Hydro-Quebec and NB Power Protest at the New Brunswick Legislature.




I was surprise there wasn't more Natives at the Protest.

I'm not sure < some reader will set me straight > but don't the Natives in this Province have a deal with the Government that they'll have cheaper power?

Quebec has a reputation of not treating the Natives with respect.

I predict the Natives could kill this deal.

One thing about the Natives?

They really care for our future generations.



So? Am I way off on this issue?

LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR GRAYDON NICHOLAS MAKES HISTORY BY BEING THE FIRST NATIVE TO OPEN THE NEW BRUNSWICK LEGISLATURE!!!!

Sorta bought tears to this Blogger eyes!! I had two camera on the go so be patient with me if everything is not perfect.

Charles gets a new camera

I didn't mind spending hours working on this little blog because it was history in the making!!!




Yes.....I have on the ground of the Legislature to cover the protest but my number reason to be there was to cover the First Native Lieutenant Governor Graydon Nicholas to open the New Brunswick Legislature.

I was surprised to see the Lieutenant Governor in the Legislature so early. They were practicing for this afternoon session.

I noticed Dan Bussieres walking outside so I approached him with my camera. He ordered my arrest last April so what will he do this time around?



I may as well face the music immediately!!! I asked Dan Bussieres if he wish to pose for a picture with the new Lieutenant Governor?



He quickly made an exit towards the Legislature.



I asked the Lieutenant to pose for a picture because I knew he wouldn't have time to do it during the ceremony.

He did...




It was time to return to the Government House.




The next few fours I stayed on the Ground of the Legislature covering the Protest!!!





The ceremony was set to begin!!





The Canadian Army marched in front of the New Brunswick Legislature.

I'm certain many of the Protesters didn't know what was going on? I'm certain that 80% of them didn't know they were about to witness history!!!


Who can blame them? You never see this on television.
