I just heard something here tonight that may or may not have truth to it.

The person telling it sure seemed to know what he was saying. First of all the Post Office in the Charlotte County area are being sold and the post office itself will remain in the buildings that they are in but they will rent instead of owning the buildings.

One building that had a bargain price at $105,000 was the granite building on the prime piece of property in St George.

Last year it cost more than that just to repair the granite.

So now this is what was said tonight.

They said that Cook's Aquaculture bought it before the for sale sign even went up. Its already sold so the sign is just a farse.

Cook's Aquaculture is the Salmon producer.

It was said that Irving owns half or more of Cook's Aquaculture and that Cooks has an office located in the Golden Ball.





Can you imagine that one, Irvings are now in the Fish Plants.

So those cages that you were observing from the sky are that of Cooks/Irving Fisheries.

Clerk of the Legislative Assembly Loredana Catalli Sonier could order Protesters arrested if they smoke???

Due to the fact that a number of employees have smoke related allergies, the Legislative Administration Committee issued a directive at a recent meeting restricting smoking near entrances and windows of the buildings within the legislative precinct.

Therefore, effective immediately, Members and staff are to refrain from smoking within 15 metres (30 feet) of entrances and windows of all buildings within the legislative precinct.

This directive includes the Main Legislative Building, the Departmental Building (West Block), the Old Education Building (East Block), the Government Documents Building, Jewett House, and Edgecombe House.

We ask for everyone’s cooperation.

RCMP are holding a news conference at 4PM to say they’ve found the body of Hilary Bonnell, the young girl missing from Burnt Church .

They found it earlier this week, in woods between Burnt Church and Tracadie-Sheila.

My deepest sympathy to the Family. So sad!!!

I hear Liberal Leader Michael Ignatieff is coming to town to speak at the provincial Liberal convention up at the Fredericton Inn this weekend

There should be a demonstration at the Fredericton Motor Inn against the Hydro Deal and Ignatieff should be asked where he stands on a Quebec monopoly of Canada's east coast energy.

Especially in the event of separation.
