The Irvings did a good job with this one!!!

The Irvings will spent two Million Dollars to upgrade the site. They will lease the building to NB Liquor.

This will last 20 years.

The old liquor store on King's Street was leased at 25 bucks per square foot.

This one will cost 23 dollars per square foot.

What will happened in 20 years from now?

Who knows and who cares???

The Fredericton Train Station will be restored!!!

The Irving's workers were on the job the same day the announcement was made.
