Good or bad move from the New Brunswick Government???
Just received this email a few minutes ago!!!!

Tomorrow at 9am the NBSPCA will be meeting at the Delta in Fredericton with all Animal Protection Officers to advise them that effective February 1, the NBSPCA will no longer have any money available to provide animal protection services in the province of New Brunswick thus effectively ceasing NBSPCA operations.
The NBSPCA and government have been in talks for years to provide stable funding but no resolution could be found. Animal suffering and abuse will not be enforced by this highly trained humane law enforcement group as the province of New Brunswick does not see animal welfare as a high priority.
Should be looked at by a good blogger like yourself who enjoys animals.
Well Charles it seems we have been snubbed by the snobs of Fredericton again. I just sent off a letter to the editor about the fact that after contacting the city about putting a drive thru in at our Northside REdemption Centre they have once again turned us down..................surprise, surprise. I called the zoning dept. to find out if we were zoned for a drive thru and found out that we aren't and that the staff will not support this. I can not understand a city like this that keeps boasting about being such a smart city how they can be stupid. Are they trying to drive us all outside the city so they can have their ritzy business complexes, e-plexes and high priced condos that the average person like me and you can't afford.
Wait till they get rid of some of the government staff from the provincial payroll and there is no high paid jobs left here to be able to occupy these buildings they keep building with taxpayers money. I am so sick of trying to get ahead and do something good for our customers only to be kicked in the teeth yet again.
As I told them in the letter, we are not going anywhere. We have been on that street for too many years and have the zoning to be able to stay there and we will stay there eventhough now we are forced to go to a "take a number" system. No wonder people move to Alberta and other provinces and US, they feel more welcome to do business there.
This afternoon, I bought my camera to Future Shop on Prospect.
The girl at the counter recognized me.
I didn't know the girl but I knew her Father. He delivered some food for me last Christmas from Les Chevalier de Colomb Conseil 8409, Sainte-Anne-des-Pays-Bas!!!
It is indeed a small world!!!
I left my camera at Future Shop and I was told it'll take over one month to get it back!!!
I walked down the hill to go home. I had my old camera and it still takes good pictures.
That little camera went through a lot!!!
Especially when the camera was on the ground while I was arrested by the Saint John Police Force.
It's a good little camera but it cannot handle video too well.
I said to myself - Oh well!!!! I'll just have to wait for my 2 month old camera to be fix!!!
I arrived home around 5:00pm and received an email!!!
Someone asked me if I wanted a camera???
I knew the individual and I'll admit that I was surprised by this proposal!!!
I quickly emailed the good hearted person to say that it was OK!!
The individual quickly replied and insisted that he buys me a camera!!!
He continued by telling me he's a big fan of the Blog!!!
I really wanted a camera but I felt bad to accept such a gesture.
At the end, I gave in!!!
The individual asked me if I wanted a higher grade camera??? Price was no object!!!
I again replied and said- Hey? I'm not greedy!!!! Same brand like the broken one will be just fine!!!
The individual would be at risk if he was caught with me in public. Mailing the camera could give the individual away!!!
I suggested we meet at the Library near Queen Street?
No problem!!! The exchange will made between 6:45pm to 7:00pm!!!
I got dressed and no Blogger Jacket or hat!!!
This was Secret Spy Stuff!!!!
I always believe that area was quiet!!!
With the Army post < What do you call it again ? > beside the Library? It's a very busy spot!!
I came early!!!
The indidual gave me the license plate numbers so I would recognized my supporter.
You must understand that I never met the individual but I know of him.
The vehicle which he described some came along but it was the wrong numbers on the license plate.
I quickly found out that to be a good spy? I NEED MY GLASSES!!!!!...lol
One vehicle quickly droved in the parking lot and a guy came out with a bag in tow....
I said- Hey? How is it going????
The guy just looked at me with a dirty look. Can't blame him!! Someone arriving dress in black and in the dark? Pretty scary.
A quick look at the License plate told me that I had the wrong numbers.
I waited and waited!!!
It was 7:30pm and still nobody in sight with a bag. It was windy and my feet were beginning to get cold!!!
