I made a stopover yesterday at the Shelter. While waiting for Brian Duplessis, I laid down on a couch and shut down my music in my tape recorder.

I just watched around.

One person who is living at the shelter was given his life story to a student.

There on the ceiling was two video cameras.

I also notice a fan on the ceiling that wasn't working but another was.

I saw a television sitting idle near me and the set was turned off.

You're only allowed to watch the television at 5:00pm.

Can you imagine 40 guys living in the same room and fight for the remote control?

I just imagine that I was living there.

I don't believe this group of people are not the television news type.

News is always depressing!!!!

Sleeping with 40 other guys?

I would be dead in 24 hours or less because I snore.

Of course there are rules!

Out the door a certain time. Clean the place up before you go. Make your bed.

This is a very sad place to live in.

The sad part is if someone locates someone who lives in a three bedroom apartment?

The less fortunate is not allowed to move in because you can't rent from a renter.

Many have behavior problems so they live on the streets and many will die.

If you have an attitude problem? You will not last at the Shelter.

Just think about it? People with mental problem. Drug and alcohol problem. All in the same room!!!

In Saint John, people are giving separate room but not in Fredericton.

The Liberal Government are becoming well known they are going against the less fortunate,

The new building of Family Services is going to move across the River with no Bus service.

The less fortunate will be called by their case manager and they will have to walk one mile and a half.

Yesterday, Minister of Public Safety John Foran ok the procedure that the Less fortunate be assaulted and jail!!!







This will be like old Germany all over again!!!!!

The poor must fight this Fascist Government.

But how????

Brian Duplessis < Director of the Shelter > is doing fine work to keep the place in control.

It's a hard battle but he's doing it!!!!

I wonder what the students were doing there?

Learning from the less fortunate I guess?

I felt bad for this group because they recognized me from the meeting of the less fortunate in Moncton two years ago. I got a huge flashback!!!!





I was totally out of control at that meeting. I never shut up!!!!

Now, I must go there again this year and tell the less fortunate that we have A Fascist Minister who gave orders to jail the poor!!!!!

John Faron must reign to save the Liberals.

The next instance that you're down on life? Think about living in the Shelter with 40 other guys.

That should get you out from that depress mood!!!

I wanted a meeting with the Minister. My lawyer and myself had some concerns about the investigation by the R.C.M.P.!

I met with a bureaucrat yesterday

All we want is a little meeting.

So I got this letter -

Dear Mr. LeBlanc:

I received your recent e-mails regarding a request for a meeting to discuss your complaints regarding your arrest by members of the Saint John Police Force.

As you are aware from previous correspondence, I requested an RCMP investigation of your allegations. That investigation was undertaken by the RCMP Fredericton Major Crimes Unit and you were advised of the results, which found no evidence of perjury. In addition, you were advised of the outcomes of a Police Act investigation into this same matter. In the absence of any new evidence, I am satisfied that the matter is concluded. Therefore, I am not prepared to meet with you at this time.

Last evening someone picked me up and showed me this area < Everyone is talking about >where former Minister Al Lacey of the Frank McKenna Government received a permit from the Environment Department to built a strip Mall.







It's an area I wasn't familiar with.

The Irvings owns all this land. They must be asking a high price for the property because it's the only area where there's no development going on.








Pretty cheap sign eh?







Must be a third party selling the land for the Irvings.

Ok..never mind that!!!

We arrive at the scene and you can tell the bulldozers just left the area.









This wetland have been around for the last 100 to 200 years.

The funny part is that Al Lacey told the media that it wasn't a wetland when he bought the land.

Funny!!!!

The court have already fine Al Lacey $1,000 for doing damage to this valuable environment property.

Now!!! This area helps the citizens of the Capital to get much needed water but all this will be gone for a strip Mall???









The scary thing about this is he's was given the green light to destroy this land by the Shawn Graham Government.

This is an issue that is done in very public view where all the citizens can witness the damage being done.









Oh yeah...this is the buffer zone the guy must put in place!!!!

THIS IS A BUFFER ZONE??????

From where I'm located? The area was done during the last few days-








Now..we always knew that big companies such as the Irvings have big connection with the Liberal Party.

I would love to know what's going on in the deep woods of New Brunswick that we don't see?

VERY SCARY STUFF!!!!

The next step will be the issue of Uranium and it will be done on Irving's land and the our water will be destroyed forever so our future generations will not be able to drink it!!!

Conservationists question why work continues at Fredericton bog

New Brunswick conservationists are demanding to know why a Fredericton businessman was apparently given permission to develop a property that includes a wetland.

The wetlands are part of a 2.4-hectare patch of land owned by RAR Properties Inc. off Bishop Road near the Regent Mall.

Al Lacey, a former Liberal cabinet minister in Frank McKenna's government and co-owner of RAR Properties, said the company has reached a compromise with the government that is allowing 1.8 hectares of the land to be filled as long as about 0.8 hectares are left untouched.

In 2004, New Brunswick's Environment Department said the company was not allowed to fill in the land, which is adjacent to an area known as the Regent Street bog. Companies are not allowed to do fill-in work or development within 30 metres of a wetland without a permit issued by the environment minister.

But RAR Properties began its work anyway and was given a cease-and-desist order in 2005. The company was still working inside the buffer zone in 2006 and was fined $1,000 by a judge in 2008 after pleading guilty to violating the Clean Water Act.

Lacey told CBC News when he bought the property there was no wetland in the area but other developments have now pushed water onto his land.

"I'm really disappointed that this has been allowed to go ahead," said Megan de Graaf, watershed project co-ordinator with the Conservation Council of New Brunswick.

The Environment Department declined to comment on if a permit has been issued to RAR Properties or explain why the work is now allowed to proceed. A spokesperson for the department said it will not be commenting because of ongoing enforcement action related to the piece of land.

Conservative Leader Jeannot Volpé said he'd also like some explanation on why the work is being allowed to proceed.

"I haven't seen any change in rules so for them now to change the decision, I would like to know from staff from environment why they say they have changed," Volpé said.
